Bxf6 gxf6 If instead Qd7, White plays Nd6 and after Qd6, Bc3 and Black can't capture on c4 because the d-pawn is pinned 14. Bxd5 Bxd5 15. Qxd5 Bxh2+ 16. Nxh2 Nd7 Obviously not an opponent who does things by halves ! 17. Qxd7 1-0

It's not a great game, but I was 15 at the time (which, in retrospect, was probably my peak) (Editor's Note: You are too modest, Dave - your peak was in the 1980's when you thrashed me!) and playing in my first season. It was pleasing because my opponent obvously thought he'd won my queen, but I'd seen a little further.
